Sportimes Top Buzz, Venus Williams Next

The NY Buzz dropped their second straight match losing to the NY Sportimes 22-14 Monday night at the SEFCU Arena on the University of Albany campus.

The Buzz went 0-3 in doubles plays, but recovered nicely in singles. Alex Domijan scored an excellent win beating Robert Kendrick 5-3, while Sloane Stephens upended Top 200 Abigail Spears by that same score.

The Buzz will rest for Tuesday, visit NY Sportimes Wednesday before welcoming tennis great Venus Williams and her Philadelphia Freedoms to town Thursday night.
