American tennis superstar Venus Williams was upset in the third round of the French Open, falling to Hungary's Agnes Szavay 6-0, 6-4.

The third-ranked Venus will be among the stars visiting Albany University's SEFCU Arena this summer as part of the NY Buzz World Team Tennis home schedule.

Venus, a 7-time Slam winner including the defending Wimbledon champion, will be in Albany on July 9 as member of the visiting Philadelphia Freedoms. Fellow Slam winner Martina Navratilova will make her one appearance in the Capital District on July 14. Tickets for all Buzz home matches are available by calling 518-378-BUZZ.
