July 20 - Playing in their final home match of the 2005 season, the NY Buzz were defeated Wednesday night by the Philadelphia Freedoms 20-14. The Buzz never led in the match as Philadelphia claimed the first two sets of the night before Evie Dominikovic and Jaymon Crabb got NY on the board with a mixed doubles win. Philadelphia, however proved too tough winning the last two singles sets to close out the match.
